in my travels out west (ie: california) they set up a "sportsman" and an "expert" open class because they realize how impossible it is to tech 17.5 motors. and they get great turnouts in both.

Thanks Dom, we actually have a Sportsmen class, 17.5, and mod. It seems to work well for us. We are pretty lucky with the 17.5 class, we really have had no issues with blinky mode or people being accused of cheating.

Last night was a good night. It was nice t get 8 4wd's out there on a Friday night. I have to say that I have been away from R/C for awhile, but it is good to be back. I missed everyone and especially Lester. He has always been good to me and to the R/C community. He built the track and everyone is coming to race...."I told you so". 4wd is we're its at. It's the fastest hing on 4 wheels.

IT SEEMS SOME OF MY TOOLS ARE BEING COPIED BY BIGGER MANUFACTURERS SO I WOULD LIKE TO POST THIS!Talk about a bunch of copy cat bs. At least i know mine was original. Kinda annoyed though. I would also like to thank all the people who did buy my wrenches and appreciate you guys helping to support a fellow club racer. Hopefully i will have the opportunity to bring you all some new genuine tools and parts. As i have stated before please feel free to pm me any parts or tools you would be interested in seeing

Hey guys, it was a lot of fun racing Friday night, thanks for everything Lester.
Let me ask you all something, I want to find an inexpensive way to get into the 2WD Mod Stadium Truck Class. By the time I finish an RC10T or a 22T, it is going to cost a lot. How would the HPI E-Firestrom Flux run in the class? It has a 4800kv motor so it should be competitive. What do you all think?
Thanks for the input in advance!

the hpi truck will never handle as good as the other 2 you mentioned.. you would be better off saving that money and some more and getting one of the other 2. by the time you get the hpi near as good as the other 2 you will have spent way more money
