The chassis can be cut to fit any ROAR legal battery. The reason I alow this is because at the 24 Hour race in Jackson Greg Sharpe allows the chassis to be cut. It's easy to do. Your just removing small triangle pieces of plastic that are in the tray.

ok sounds good, so there is no mAH or C-rating limit like there is in VTA?

I think the highest lipo you can really get is 100C ? I think in the tt-01 class everyone uses a 2s lipo 7.4 v or a 6 cell 7.2 volt battery. If you are considering using a 3s lipo or a 7 cell battery, I do not think that would be within the rules but I defer to John Brown for clarification on the battery rules ?

Obviously I'm not asking to run 3s or 7-cell just wondering if there is a C or mAH limit since TT01 is a spec class... If its any roar approved 2S lipo then I'm good to go...

Protek makes a nice sport lipo with bullet connectors. http://www.shortcourse.eu/2011/07/pr...ce-lipo-packs/

It's the second battery.

We've got 45c 3300mah lipo packs in stock for 34.99. Most of us are running this pack in both Mini and TT01.

Kregger ran a 4.2 and was just as fast as my car with a 21.5. Put a 44 tooth pinion on my car and you'll be right at 4.2. I'll have a bunch of pinions for you on Friday.
