No weird effects? My charger says to go only to 4.2 amps or something like that.

No negative effects. Dont worry about it, it will be fine. If thats all you have, then use that, 4.2.

I used to think I had to stay at 3.8 for the longest time also, but not so.

My team mate charges his 3.8 Orion at 6 amps, no issues. It does decrease battery life generally, but you are racing, so who cares, you want the edge, right? lol

Congrats to John and Kevin for the great running this past weekend at Madness. It was good to run with ya'll again......even if only for a main or two.
Easy with all that schwag Kevin, don't blow it all in one spot.

A lipo is a lipo and you're only going to notice a negligable difference in punch by over-charging it. If you want to trash your cells just to buy more, that's your bag........but I wouldn't recommend going over the 1c rating.......especially if time permits. If you really need that much more umpf, step up in motor or C rating.
Not trying to start any turd wars here, just don't want any noobs smoking their cells from one mis-read post.

Its all good, the advantage for our track isnt the concern on performance....it was rather charging fast enough between rounds when there is only 2 heats or just 3. Quicker is convenient.

I feel ya, I just got a little dude who's down there every once in a while and I don't need him prodding me with any more questions then his usual 30-40 every hour or so........if ya smell what I'm cooking.
It's also been a while since I've raced with ya'll so I'm not accustomed to a nice quick program.

We should have the Jconcepts and Losi white ball cups in stock, no RPM white ones, but we should have blue and black.

Yeah the B44 cvd's should be in stock too. Both complete sets and parts.
