i believe i got this from charlie perez, wich would be b4/t4, the hub spacing seems right, the camber ball stud hight seems right to me, but i dont use it as a tuning aid the way he describes, and the spindles high i also not the way that i get on power steering, i go lower/more turns out/more droop, but he is the pro, not me . hope mark can elaborate a little seeing that i usually dont use the charlie perez info, i usually use the losi/jesse robbers/xray set up info here=http://www.rcxray.com/documents/xb808/HUDY_Off-road_&_Truggy_Setup_Book.pdf
my jesse robbers set up stuff is on my other pc that is out for repair

Bryan,
I would start off with the setup that John and Pete are running on their cars as a base stating point as I've driven their cars and they are really neutral and balanced.
When I drove your car, your car had a lot of foward bite, basically when you get on throttle, your getting an increase in rear traction. To me, thats a different feeling than a lack of corner exit steering. I would shorten the rear camber link on the inside, and possible add ballstud washers in the rear on the outside.

Chris, would more anti squat keep the nose down more during acceleration and give me more on power steering? Maybe I should sell you my SP and buy an FS.
It looks like it would have more steering with the weight of the motor so far forward. I wonder if it gets loose in the rear with lipo's?

Hey Bill,
Don't give up on Truck racing just yet, I read you're going to go Oval, is that just as an additional class besides truck?? or are you running Oval instead of truck??
OK guys, clear something for me here,
On Saturday, in our first heat of trucks, the track felt dusty, but I had really good traction, in and out of corners.
when the track was swept and wet down, my truck felt loose on every corner.
Was that because dirt was getting stuck on my tires, due to being wet, causing the loss of traction??
On the other hand, when the track was wet down for the first two quals. in the trophy race, my truck felt nice and grippy in and out of turns.
What gives??
Not complaining, just trying to learn the ins and outs of tires and their relation to track condition.
I'm using Double Dees Green on the T4. they've always felt good, but when the track is wet down, they feel loosey goosey...

Did you use to run at Hobby Chambers in West Haven?? your name sounds familiar.
Don't worry, we have a sportsman class that you can start in, and once you're used to it, you can move up in class.

As for help, the RCHR crew will help you out, no problem, I've only been racing since August 08, and I've come a long way, with the help of these guys.

I started out at bones level and ended up with arms level because I was over jumping and bottoming out because I wasn't downsiding the jumps. The chassis was level from front to back.
I'm running a scorpion 3200 mah soft case lipo so I tried adding one ounce of lead just in front of the battery but I thing it might need more?
