Hope for some good weather!!! But yes that would be the backup plan if it does rain.

Blake and I are on vacation starting tomorrow so no racing for the next week. See when we get back.

Supposed to be PM rain tomorrow extending into AM thunderstorms on Sunday, then cloudy in the mid-70's. My guess is it could be a late start on the outdoor track or an on-time start on the indoor track.

Just saw the predictions out of NY for Sunday on the news. Let's just say I'm getting my indoor tires ready.

Coming to race tomorrow long ride. What tires are working indoors for stock buggy, wheeler, 2wd sct and 4wd sct? What is the surface type? Prime slicks work?

M4 Electrons or Ions, Blue or Green Bar Codes, Pressure Points or Dirt Webs. Not sure on AKA if that is your preferred flavor.

Surface is compacted screened topsoil. It dusts up, so I'm not sure Primes will work.

Shop opens at 7AM posted start time is 10AM.

They are taking steps to cover the track so we can run outside after the monsoons tonight. If they decide to run outdoors it may push back the start a bit in order to dry and prep the track.

Will the call be made in the AM to run in or out?
What tires work outdoors?

That is what I'm inferring from their Facebook posts. Really depends on how much we get tonight and how quickly they can get it off the track.

I've not run outdoors there this year but in prior years Holeshots, Blockades, Double Dees, Goosebumps, Bow Ties, 3 D's have all worked. Depends on how much moisture is in the dirt.

Outside we have been running mostly holeshots early in the day and if it starts breaking up and becoming looser at the end of racing blockades are really good
