would they be on 3s?
That would be up to Will. If I had to guess, it would probably be either 3S with a 1950kv limit, and/or 2S with a SCT motor.

1900kv on 3s i can do, 2s with sct setup i'd pass. too much heat for my liking, the rc8be is a heavy pig.

Hey Pete, we are thinking about pro light specs for outside. So that would mean 2s and sct electronics.

We did put down a new layout over the weekend. We ran on it last night. Pretty sure everyone was liking it...we are going to shut the track down tonight and tomorrow to tune it up a bit with a few tweaks, patch any holes and allow it to continue to dry. So Saturday it will be open for practice in the morning and racing at 3pm. Sunday is Easter so we will be closed.

Hey guys, just an update on the track...
A lot of work was done last night and this evening to tune things up. Big thanks to Blake and Eric Wazocha, Jay, The Good Reverend Larry Drapp, Rob Denhardt, Adam Taylor and Nick Savage for all of the help this week. With the damp weather over the last 2 days, The track is still very soft and probably too wet to attempt to race on it tomorrow. The shop will be open but the track will be closed until next week for the Wednesday Night Worlds.

We are very happy with this layout design. For this go around we are back to a "California" style rolling layout with some elevation changes, some mild off-camber turns and wide lanes that should keep things interesting and make for some really close racing action where drivers can battle each other instead of the track.

I hope everyone enjoys their Easter Sunday...We'll be back to our normal racing schedule next week!

-Will

Hey Everyone!

Long time off since I've been behind the wheel. Coming back though!

What's going on lately for classes that get good action? I've heard SCT is on the downturn is that the case?

I still have my B4.1 and will get it tuned up and come down to knock the dust off.

2wd & 4wd buggy is popular right now, shortcourse still gets a turnout although the numbers are down as of late but it's still runs.

With the release of the AE T5M and the Losi 22T people have picked up stadium trucks and are talking about reviving that class. Hopefully it works.

I'll bring my Team Car on Saturday. I want to get more track time with it anyway.

Vintage buggy, Mark. I gave Blake a spare Team Car and he's ready to start running it now.
