Thanks guys for making my first trip to RCHR a pleasurable experience. Track was fun and technical, and everyone in the pits had me laughing all day long. Cant wait to go back.

Just wanted to say I had a great time this past Sunday. Sorry I couldn't stay for the Pics but my traveling companions were getting restless.

Had a great time tonight. The B5 felt great all evening, and I was so close to a 27 lap qualifier with it, were it not for a few unforced errors. The 22-4 is good. Quite good. I was a bit nervous during the main, but even still, it is pretty easy to bang out low 13's/high 12's without pushing too hard. Time will tell how durable it stays.

See you all Saturday.

Happy new year guys!

Today we are heading up to rc madness to run on the carpet for their new years day race. Should be a great time. So far its me, Willy, Jay, Jeff, Tony & Meredith. They are raffling off a b44.3, so if anyone wants to join us come on up!

I'm definitely looking forward to racing sat! Should be a great turnout and some great racing with Ed coming down with some of the boys from RCE

Once again, Happy New Year to EVERYONE!!!

Wow, what a great time with a great group of people...thanks everyone for making it a fun day up at RC Madness today. Willy was passed out by the time we got on 91 so I know he had a blast. 17.5 buggy on the carpet was a LOT of fun...I think we all ended up springing for the Schumacher carpet tire setup...well worth it. Now that we have them we'll have to go up for their next trophy race.

Hi Guys,
Still trying to get a few old friends together to get back into some casual racing. Is short course still popular? We started in the scene about 5 years ago when that was the only thing people seemed to race. Most of us left around 2012 or so. Does RCHR still carry parts for HPI Blitz, Kyosho Ultima Sc, XXX SCT, AE Sc10? I believe those are the vehicles we will run as that is what we were familiar with. Although I am having a hard time trying to find them haha. Trying to keep this some what affordable since all of us will be starting from scratch and will probably be starting off with RTR gear. Can anyone suggest an affordable setup? Please keep in mind i think we are trying to stay around $300-$400 for everything including battery's chargers,etc... Thanks guys

2wd & 4wd buggy has been getting the better turn outs as of late as far as club racing goes, although shortcourse is always there if enough people show up. There are enough guys that have shortcouse trucks that if people show up and want to run them they will to get a class going. For trophy races shortcourse always has a good showing, both 17.5 and mod.

AE and Losi are the most popular shortcourse trucks at the track. You really can't go wrong with running either of the kits are they seem to be the most popular brands out there as far as part support goes.

I would recommend going to the track and talking to someone about getting something together to start off with.
