I have given some thought about how to arrange the marshalling. At the first race in the trophy series, we had problems in the ST class getting the prior heat's drivers to marshal, nevermind sweep the track. In the ST A-main, as some of you know, the marshalling was less than stellar. I know...it happens...not much you can do about it. However, I thought it might be worth trying to have the B-mains marshalled by other B-mains, and likewise for the A-mains, if the number of entrants supports it. Maybe I'm missing something...maybe better drivers don't necessarily make better marshals. Or maybe for whatever classes have A- and B-mains, the A-main from that class marshals the B-main and vice versa. I'm just thinking out loud here (I know...dangerous), but I'm wondering what other people here think. Obviously, it doesn't do much good to outright punish people for marshalling poorly, but it would be nice if we could think of a way to incentivize the less good marshals to do a better job.
Let's keep it simple, how about shock collars under control of the race director?

As far as I know nobody has run on it yet. I plan to have holeshots for my buggy and a credit card or alternatives.

Oh and where you been man, we've been missing you in the pits on Wednesday. Hope all is good with you.

@eric.......... I been ok just lots to do, baby stuff in particular. I have been thinking of what to do as far as tires and I guess to try and have a set of pins-style and a set of almost rebar type for my buggy, as for stadium truck ........i think i should just throw a set of multi groove tire on the front and pin on the back, I could be wrong who knows, how's Blake?

hey, I won't be able to make most of the race on saturday. I might be able to go for a little bit, but it's really iffy.

Still have to get my 4wd sct together, so that I can race stadium truck and 4wd sct outdoors in the series. I might run mod buggy, but, we'll see.

I'm planning on going to the 5/26 one at gallimods. I'll probably get rocked though since I've never run there before.

John had mentioned to me that he used the same dirt to build the outdoor track as he did for the indoor track. That leads me to think that bar tires might actually do well here. Q1 and Q2 will probably be throw-away for me, just to see whether bars or pins work better.

Not a chance in hell buddy, the first time we did the out door thing goose bumps or the most aggressive thing you could come across were the only thing that worked. Mark was even making cut and shunt front goose bumps for us mod truck guys. Check this video out

Checked out the outdoor track last night before racing. Surface is very hard packed, quite similar to the indoor track. Bars might be a viable option. Really depends on how well the surface holds up to our abuse over time.

Indoor layout was redone too. Fun layout and definitely 17.5 friendly.

I can say this, holeshots were not working on my buggy last night on the indoor track.
