Track UPDATE
RCHR track layout will be completed soon but for now, there will be NO PRACTICE or racing this week - per John Benedict.
The effort of this layout will be concentrated on treating/setting/and watering for a full week or two for a good surface for our Grand Prix, hopefully this can be our best surface and layout ever !
Check back Friday if there will be racing on Saturday.
But as of now, no track useage, but Hobby Shop will remain open during the week.
Thanks

Hey Brandon
Could you take a pic of the track when its coming too form? What is the layout going to be like? Narrow and technical? Big lanes?

Plea for Consideration and Common Sense!!!!
So, with the pending Grand Prix coming up, we want to make sure that the track remains as smooth and consistent as possible. With that in mind, here are a couple of suggestions that will help with keeping the track in good shape:
- Please please please, avoid the dive bombs or kamikaze bombs if possible. I've seen this many times during practice, people trying to clear a jump they can't make and land bumper first onto the face of the jump or over shooting a jump and trying to shorten the trajectory by slamming on the brakes and guess what?, they land on their bumpers......not only does it hurt your car, but it creates pits and dings that over time will turn into a crater.
- Please, Please, Please....run the track as it was meant to be run, avoid all the reverse running, cross jumping, jumping the pipes(mostly sct), again this will pit the track when you don't land jumps that are not ment to be jumped.
These two simple suggestions will go a long way in keeping the track surface smooth for everyone to enjoy.....

To add to that, if you're stuck, DON'T spin your tires. You're tearing up the track, eating your tires, and ruining your diff.
Anybody have any idea what the new layout is going to be like? I can't wait to see it. I also need to do some much needed tuning.
