Supposedly the IGT8 has a FLAT CHASSIS! By ROAR RULES. Flat chassis cars are not run with buggy based cars, (kicked up chassis). not sure yet tho if the car from the desoto race had a kicked up chassis or not! If so its legal if not then roar says it's illegal ........

The Hong Nor X3, OFNA X3 and IGT8 are all based on the same chassis which has kick up. Only the DM-1 did not have kick up and was limited to one year at ROAR events then phased out. It does have less kick up than the Serpent of Mugen, but there is no set kick up for the chassis, just that it has some.

That kickup rule needs to go away. Manufacturer's already have to make a GT specific chassis to fit the 2 speed so there isn't any cost benefit passed on to the customers.

Good Point. Matter of fact it is already the other way arround, most cars need mayor modifications and expensive tuning parts to get rid of the bad effects the kickup does create.

The time is up for ROAR to accept that GT has crown into a class of itīs own.
