That was just a body somebody placed in a puddle the other day to make it look like a car after the thunderstorm. SOmeone had blocked off the drain that exits outside the track so when the storm hit it filled up the corner. Once we unplugged the drain it was empty in 5 minutes.

Thanks for the info Alastair.
It is the drivers reponsability to make sure his car conforms to the IFMAR rules at all times. Obviously when the car was initially tech'd before the start of qualifying and at subsequent tech inspection after the heats it passed. Wether Mark changed the type of pipe or to a new one or whatever I am unsure but at the end of the day when it was tech'd after his final the stinger diameter was deemed to be illegal and he was disqualified.
