I'm going with Mike Swauger, he has won this event 2 years now and i think he's proven that he is one of the fastest drivers around the world right now and definitely the fastest U.S. driver based on the last couple of races where he was just dominating.

MRX-4 TQ's & Wins Fl. State Race at the Fort!
Philip Abed TQ'd and won the Florida State Series race this weekend with his MRX-4 w/ the WC upgrades! 7 out of 10 A-main cars were MRX-4s. Fastest race lap 11.9 by yours truly in another MRX-4.
