i know, but after some times, u will see the set screw sliding out of the chassis, i think the screw is located too near to the cut hole underneath the belt tensioner.

Mongoose Has no belt tensioner.
I've never seen the need for one on the Mongoose anyway.
But I know that there is a belt tensoiner for the Mongoose that goes
on the Plate that holdes the Brake lever.
3 Racing has it.

Bud it mounts on the chassis in between the main shaft and the rear diff.
It will be next to the brake pads.

well done totally forgot about that part oooh more carbon, plus this mod is great as it then allows you to setup brake adjustment with a bit more ease!!!

Currently the belt tensioner is in the way of the bottom screw, as no adjustment cant be made due to this!

Nice One

Guys there is a reason why the tensioner is on the bottom
this is the slack side of the belt, and the tensioner on the bottom allows for less overall tention allowing less friction. hope i explained it right
the mongoose has the tensioner on top on the brake bracket, as it is alot bigger than the G4S one. yes easier to tension and adjust brake screws, but tensioning the wrong side of the belt, plus there is the weight issue, as low as it can go
