how is anodizing done? what equipment do you need?

a silfuric acid mix and a powaer source, dyes, sealers , and deox & desut mix

Okay I have a question. How much would it be to anodize TWO of these dogbones in purple? Hopefully you can anodize them and make it where the still turn freely? Thanks
