The light rims tend to be quite fragile so if you crash or hit the curbs a lot you risk breaking the rim and trashing the tyre. The carbon rim is harder than the light weight plastic and should be more durable. You'd be better of with standard weight plastic rims if you can get them if you are relatively new to the sport.

+1 on what dan stated, the light rims are great if you dont crash much. Yet for as apealing as it is to have light rims, you are always safe with standard wheels.

That servo is fine. If you run a lipo receiver pack then run the high voltage version which is 1267/1268.

That is a slow servo (0.15sec), you can better use the 1257 (0.07 sec) or the 1258 (0.08sec)

Regarding tires, you can use every brand tire as long it has the OS2 measurement, you do not have to use specific Motonica tires.

And maybe it is wise to tell you have bought the electric version?

I also do think it is better to keep all your questions about this car in one topic.
