Default Bushnell Velocity Speed Gun,is it good?

I want to buy a radar gun lately. I found this one is so cheap. Anyone has it? Is it good ? or just a toy?

I have that same gun and it works fine for cars so should be ok for your boat.

Exclamation

Also get some one(a friend or something) to drive their car or yours( i suggest theres...) Then do some speed runs fast or slow and see when they pass u they got around the same reading as u did.

You can get one by getting pulled over by a cop by speeding...distract him and get ur wife or girlfriend to swap ur gun(toy one will suffice) with his ...just kidding.........

I have no idea. Just order my radar gun. waiting for shipping....
With car speed I trust AMBrc system, but it is hard to know the boat speed. If radar gun works not good,I will buy a mini-GPS system later.
who has radar eyes and can tell me the speed of my boat?

vehicle speedometers are notoriously inaccurate, and hardly a good way to measure the accuracy of a radar gun, it's the other way around.

lol they cant be as inaccurate as a dudes car speedometer. It said 15 it was going 80! . Anyway they arent that inaccurate as u have to have a decent measurement of speed when ur driving so u dont speed without knowing it and getting caught...that would suck.

As for the vid...I guess i can plonk my radar gun on my monitor and find out....
