just wanted to make sure since i have not seen or heard anything from anyone in the last 2 weeks or so. i will get my entry form off to you guys.

i will be heading down in a motorhome with our toyhauler, do you know if it will be a problem us staying in our motorhome on the site there. also for pitting, we are planning on being out in the parking lot there on the farside of the track, hopefully there should not be any problems with that, and if there are going to be please let me know ahead of time or let us know where it is cool to pit.

ins boxes are also required are they not?? just want to make sure i have my bases covered.

There will be many cool things happening for racer's at this weekends Katrina benefit race bodies have been donated for raffle by www.kolorsbykropy.com one 1/8TH scale protoform and one sedan protoform all proceeds will go to the relief fund for those who are less fortunate as us.
Just think one day we might be looking to them for help.

if i need a special permit to park it out there or stay out there i want to get it cleared up now while its still early.

are you telling me that if someone needs membership for roar you will not allow them to buy it there at the track, this has never been the case at any race i have attended.

i am going to be contacting rick wilson and steve wang to se if that is a roar rule or what, i have people here that have asked me about why we are running under roar rules and roar membership is required but yet you will not allow someone to purchase roar membership in the event that their name cannot be found on a master list or their membership might of just expired.

i need some clarification from you and i will wait also to see what rick and steve tell me.

I just got the word from the Officials Motor homes will not be a problem at the race. If you are going to be staying at the track e-mail me to get more info.

You can download the Membership Application from the ROAR website.
They have updated it and it looks quite nice.
I know they are working on getting PayPal set up so you can
pay online but not sure if they have it running yet.

In any event, you could probably send it in tomorrow and get your card back before the Paris Race and/or at the very least, be on the Master List of members.
