I've checked the operation of the failsafe in all but two areas, low Rx battery and interferance, seeing as i've not been able to find anything to cause interferance, nuff said. The low Rx voltage I didn't want to take the chance.

if you are worried about it, you can always but an external fail safe. but i think the spektrum is still definitely one of the best bargains in r/c. (besides my 4mm kyosho rrr shock towers
Agreed, but it is like false advertizing. Why add extra to the car if not needed. I ran my 3pk with pcm and hrs receivers, and their failsafes work all the way around.

I had one small problem yesterday. When i switched on the throttle servo was not in the centre, it had jumped so that the brake was full on. When i applied throttle it would move the servo as normal but it was like the trim was way out.

When i switched off and on again it was ok. The system worked all day with no single flaw. The failsafe cut in when it lost signal due to very low transmitter power

I am very happy

Even if you use PCM, if you have low receiver voltage...you won't get failsafe. Jeesh

Just got one, installed, no problems. If there was an RC product of the Century award to be handed out, this would be it.

Can't wait to use it, thanks!
