2 bodies finally painted! I'll finish cutting them out when I get to Homestead. I still have to pack and catch that plane. I cant wait to touchdown! I am so excited! By the way, would anyone happen to have a pair of Serpent Pro brake pads? I messed mine up trying to run drag brake. I know......FN Newbie. I run like that on my electric car. I thought it would work. So, if someone could help me get some brakes I would appreciate it greatly. I'll see all you good GT drivers tomorrow.......and you too Marcus.......LOL!

It is 6 am and we are waking up to a wet ground and much warmer temperature than yesterday, it does feel like Florida now. I hope we got rid of all the rain overnight.
During yesterday's practice about 97% of us mortals were running mid 21's/ low 22 second laps. There were a few super humans running low 20's/high 19's .
The track is awesome, without a doubt the best surface I ever run on....car is planted. Can't ask much more out of the car (wish I could say the same about the driver ), but I'll continue to make small adjustments in the chase to shave off that extra 1/2 second that will get me into the "D" main .
Judging by the times logged during yesterday's practice looks like the difference between making the upper or lower mains will be just a few tenths of a second, yes the field is that close!
I can't wait for the track to open this morning......see y'all at the track

We have a delay before qualifying today. Overnight rain has left us with a wet track. Best case, we will start round 1 at around 11am. The rest of the day has a sketchy weather forecast so a lot of adjustments may be necessary to get the program in.
