I know some people like to play with the teeth spread, but I stay with 6 tooth spread, and I've never had any problems using the alum pin gear. In regards to chassis flex affecting the gear mesh, you've really gotta be aiming for the wall to flex the chassis that bad, especially at that spot.

I had never busted a 2nd gear till the other day when I did 2. I have a 4mm chassis, perfect mesh, no end point issues, etc etc. What I did find however was that I had a 0.6mm gap from the 2nd gear shoes to the 2nd gear housing. I am pretty sure that this was this issue as I have never had a problem until recently.
Will report back once its tested.

I think you will find the car to be a lot easier to drive and the locked front will allow you to brake later and still stay on the line.

Anybody know what to improve car handling after minutes 25 ? I have serious handling problem after 25 minutes racing. ( I still have 20 minutes to go ). The car become unstable especially off throttle while doing tight cornering. The grip from rear tires is unbearable .
Thanks for your suggestions.
( I find out WHEN rear tires become same size like front, the sucks handling will occur. )

37 shore, 4mm split. ( 61 front - 65 rear ) and 24T side pulley.
Is it helpful to switch 25T front side pulleys ?
