Hey guys got a quick question for you mtx-3 to mtx-4 owners. Whats the difference between the clutches , if there is any? I have a mtx-3 clutch setup for my r40 , but was wondering whats the difference on the mtx-4....and do they swap back and forth if anyone has tried that.
Thanks.
Thanks.

If you run fine with mtx3 clutch... then stick with it.

They both look brand new. I don't know if you do this, but I never use denatured alcohol, or anything else for that matter when cleaning my car. I just use compressed air. I put on a set of the rubber belts as they definitely roll better than the urethane belts.

As I said, they are all clean and prepared dedicated raceways. Perhaps a dirtier track is causing your belt cracking? It doesn't sound like you are having any major issues, as belts do wear out no matter what you do.

stick with plastic. alloy wears out, and it's heavier.

If you are worried about the side belt being too loose, use the 25t pulley and just adjust your tire split.
