Finally it's done !!! 3 nights of labour and 2 times late to office
Edit: Do you notice mtx4's flywheel is narrower ? And the pinion gears adapter / housing is smaller ( needs 3 small bearing inside ) ? I've got headache on how to switch my engines between 3 and 4 easily. Any ideas ? |
man, that thing looks good!
do you know if the old middle brace will work for it. i would like to use my 3racing one. |

Check your mid-belt ... I think you've got the wrong one there! |
i spend 6.5 hours tonight to rebuild my MTX-4 after ran, replace some optional parts like Ti king pin ball x 8, vent brake disc, all Ti screw, light weight 2 speed shaft, one peace engine mount. Finally, the weight of the car without fuel = 1735g :sneaky:  . I forgot to weight the car before that so i can't tell how many grams that deduct. :flaming: I can go to have a sweet dream now... :o

Finally got mine done too! Took 2 weeks to finish both of them.
The engine bay is so much smaller than the MTX-3! I can barely slide the engine in! |
