For sure it's 3D printed, strength is my concern as well.

It is nice fellas. It is strong enough for bumps but not a head on hit. The rear diffuser is adjustable and holds up well.

Serpent is offering the 3.0 suspension geometry conversion kit for previous models of cobra GT.

What about the new gear box & Alu mount???
Do they fit the previous models as well??

Yes it fits but you need to buy the parts seperately. To be honest for the cost of it I wouldn't bother and just go with the upgrade kit for the revised suspension geometry. If you are gonna invest in the 2 speed as well then you may as well sell you car and get a new 3.0 kit. I've just gone with the suspension upgrades and not the 2 speed.

Hi Jeff. Yes perfectly normal. A little bit of play is fine and allows for chassis flexing etc. tranny cover P/N from the 2.0 manual is 600615.

The parts are hard to get though. They sell out quick. Its like trying to get a loaf of bread the day before a hurricane.

They won't be now that the 3.0 kit is out. Plus there is now an update kit for the older cars which will ease the supply of the spares. Most of the spares sold before the 3.0 kit came out were 'pre-production' and not anodised etc. Mine were anyway.
