If you are talking about the RD Logics race in Rev then that must have been me, gtrmx (Hugo Castro) 'cause I bought the Mongoose from the lottery winner, and I was driving a Mongoose from the beginning. WAD and others helped me out a great deal!

BTW: I was looking at some pictures of Race Tracks in Mexico, you guys have really good tracks, the one in Morelia looks really good.

Morelia is indeed a great track, but there are at least 3 or 4 better from my point of view... San Luis, Mexico City, Toluca, Guadalajara

I am looking for an aerial shot of Morelia so you can fully see the layout.

Saludos!!

Default New Car???

Anyone have any idea if a new version of the goose is going to be introduced??

I say , make one with new steering, some additional hopups, price it competitively as compared to the new MTX-4 which I hear is around 350.00 U.S. Dollars !!!

The car is great and I dont think I have ever traction rolled the car !!!!
Not sure If I have had a car that has handled so good !!!!!
Done Thinking, I have'nt !!!!

Christmas isnt that far off and I love building new cars !!!!!!!!

Default Ron Paris Memorial Race in Vegas

I forgot to mention that I have been asked to report Semi-Live during the event this upcoming weekend and should be able to post some pretty good pictures as well as round results etc.....

3hobby.net appears to be the European Equivalent of RC Tech and has an awesome forum that now includes live coverage of events and updates for those who are interested in the internation race scene.

Slow& Steady, (Sow&Steady) on Rc Tech runs the site and it is very informative for those who wish to know what is going on elsewhere.
Numerous downloads, good info, and regular updates on races all over the world.

The link to the Ron Paris Race is http://live.3hobby.net/
The link to 3hobby Forums is http://www.3hobby.net/

It is very similiar to Rc Tech and you can set up your avatars etc.....

I will be arriving in Vegas tomorrow afternoon and check out the scene and then Thursday is all day controlled practice and of course Friday and Saturday will be qualifying.

I will try to keep up with all the info and post as often as possible.

Scott

A rethink on the tank design would be nice, i have had a number of standard and kfactory tanks, they all have sprung a leak around the front mounting hole which has caused some tuning problems until i sealed the leak, usually with super glue or fender mender.

Currently Team Magic is releasing a G4 Lemans. But it's not a new car nor new design... I think it's only for RTR market. Yes, since many manufacturers introduce their latest, a new car would also be nice nowadays...

I'd like to see a better handle for the car and rethink the location for the reciever. I have not had any problems with the steering so far. But overall this is an excellent car hands down.
