Why would you want pullstart? Bump-start are a little more efficient and powerful (due to design) than pull/rotostart.

But if you must, you could always get an SH .12 engine - in sure they have pullstart version floating around. They are cheap and not as good as the bigger names out there.
Or you could get an RB Touring Junior 9/10/11 with rotostart for less than $200. Im sure the TJ10/11 is $170 on A Main.

Another vote here for the RB Touring Series engines.

I have a T10RC in my G4RS09 and have never had an issue with it at all.

It is stable as and has not needed a adjustment more than 1-2 hours on the main needle for the last 6 months.

The RB Touring Junior series are the more tame versions compared to the Touring series. Its like a de-tuned version. Here's a comparison

RB Touring Junior 11 < RB Touring 11 < RB Touring 11RC/RS
(slower) ---------------------------------------- (faster)

So the Sirio Evo 3 would be a lot faster than the Junior 11. It has an absolute BALLISTIC top end!! I've experienced it first hand and I was completely blown away by it

Sirios can be painful to tune, I wouldnt use an SH / LRP,

RB Jr would be my choice.

Eh? - disagree re. Sirio

Any engine can be painful to tune when it's not at its best H.
p.s. I 'm on your side with LRP

Now the STS - awesome engine for the price and great for a newbie .
