Default Just a reminder

A few things regarding the KO Propo Nitro Grand Prix race, some new and some old. I had a chance sit down with a group of racers plus a conference call with Billy Bowerman in regards to the race.
First off, with the amount of racers coming out to the race I believe its up to us to put on an exceptional program for everyone. So we're going to stick to our original posting of having an ( 8 car minimum for there to be a class ). We will be pressed for time and would like to make the most out of every minute of the day.
Also, we believe that having a "Tech station" will give the race credibility and keep things fair across the board. This means weight, width, height and we're working on getting the equipment to do the tanks too.
The other reason, being that the KO Propo Nitro Grand Prix is now a Byron's Original Fuel Contingency race. It's only fair that all participating cars are legal.
Just a heads up, Billy Bowerman runs his program fair but firm. Turn-marshalling is a must. It's only fair for everyone to turn-marshall after each Qualifier. I, myself, do have the problem of remembering and will have to change my bad habits.. and turn marshall too.

Robert from KO Propo, will have special car numbers for this race. Don't freak out... they are normal car numbers they just have the KO Propo Nitro Grand Prix race logo printed on it.
So again, I would like to thank Robert for supporting Nitro On road racing and also all of our other sponsors( Mugen, Hudy, Kyosho, Byron's fuel, Kamikaze Hobbies, YBslow, GQ tires and FG Supply ) for supporting our great hobby.

I should probably know this but I don't...

What is the height limit on the 8th scale cars and where is it measured at? wheels on or off...wing? I have the new P909's and they have a 150mm cut line on them but I have no clue what that means....LOL

And if only certain bodies fit this height rule does that mean all the other older pre-re-EFRA lids (909's) don't make the height? I ask that because the new 909's have the tips of the side wings flattened out now.

just axin'
