Yes, during 2010. It is better to raise your rear body mount. We bolted a body mount upon a body mount , the hight can be changed with spacers.
We mounted the transponder on top of the receiver casing but I also see it mounted on the steering servo (outside).

  • Try to set more chassis roll, put the front upper arms down and add 1mm sims up the top of the rear uprights.
  • Put your body to 23 - 25mm in front of your bumper, it reduces rear grip
  • Set the lower rear arms to mid. This is the general position for medium to high grip tracks.

Further one general remark, about 95% of all Velox drivers drive 32FR/35RR shore. If you deviate from that, it could result in a different tire wear / changing the tire split. E.g. more front wheel drive, e.g. spin out.
hi there thanks for the reply, ill be testing this saturday and ill keep u updated. just to add the track im running on is very low traction.

Default radio tray flex bearings

Can someone help me locate replacement radio tray flex bearings for the VeloxV8 '11. The manual shows part number 79-03-06B, yet I have been unable to locate this part at any of the suppliers. They are identified as 3x6x2.5 flanged. I have seen the hardware for the bearings, which is 72-03-06 m3x6 , but not the bearings themselves. Thanks in advance. Ken

There will be Sean Lue, Scotty Gray, and also myself there as well as some other drivers that you should have no issues.

Does anyone know if someone makes aluminum front sway bar mounts for the 1/8th Velox? I've been toying with some modified pieces with graphite to stop the tips from hitting and grabbing the droop screws.

You find it at the bottom.
