The track must close 2 weeks prior to the first day of practice for the World Championship (IFMAR Rule). The first day of which is April 7th. The last day the track can be open before the WC will be March 23. Sorry, the 25-27 dates the track must be closed. The track will be open for testing from March 13 - March 23.

Yes, another great race series hosted on the USA! I believe this race (once called the Winter Championships) goes back even further than the Ifmar worlds, from the early 1970s when the ROAR Nationals and the Winter Championships race were two of the biggest events.

When was the last times the USA hosted the 1/8 Onraod IFMAR World Championships?
Those of us in the United States should take pride in the fact that we hosted the first ever World Championship event in the 1970s at Thorp Raceway, and we are doing it again now, about 35 years later!
Let's celebrate this fact!
