However 40's all the way around seems to be the neutral shore for most tracks.

What I want to know is; what genius came up with the idea to refer to shore ratings and off-set in degrees? If I go to a harder tire, will they be warmer? increased camber? more toe-in?
Same for increase in off-set?
I realize that cute little zero takes up very little space on the header card but, so could many other, equally meaningless, simbols!

The Shore Rating is not a temperature, it is a hardness value that the world uses to measure the hardness of rubber.

Kind of like Rockwell is used of rmetal.

So if the rubber are all coming from Japan, only a matter of labor cost that make a different in selling prices??

Hey, you guys are pretty funny with those glue comments. I think...wait....hold on. Sorry, the Sedan World's trophy we won with our tires, fell off the shelf into the 1/8 Nats trophy and knocked over all the McCoy trophies. At least nothing harmed the Cleveland, Snowbirds, and ROAR Nats trophies. Whew, that was a close one. Where was I? Oh yeah. We have a guarantee that if our tires come off the wheels, we will replace them. So, the fact that no one has taken us up on this means either that you are wrong or you were trying to be funny. Furthermore, no one holds a gun to Team Associated's head, or Josh Cyrul or Ralph Burch to make them run the tires. In fact, I seriously doubt any of these guys would run tires that don't stay on the rim. Do you? Maybe you should ask Bobby Flack how well his tires performed as he worked his way up 7 mains at the Nats. I'm sure he didn't stop to glue them back on the rims at every pit stop. While you are at it, e-mail me where you work so I can get in touch with your customers and tell them funny things about problems I am having with your work.

I do understand that these tires are your livelyhood, and you have every right to defend them. But what do you say we not turn this thread into somthing no one want to read anymore.
Now everyone say I`M SORRY!

I was at the nats. and bobby did not have any tire isues, just like you stated.Congratulations on all of your tires wins.
