That is not a "Nitro Mission" but the Schumacher Fusion. It has a .21 powerplant, and a single belt drive much like the mission.
It uses a hex-starter, much like heli's and the Thunder Tiger EK4.
Estimated speeds are over 80mph.

I'm not sure, my guess is that it would be "Super" size at least... In any means, it will definately be a cool car for those speed runs. Faster is better, untill you get to the turn.

ernest-Yeah thats what I thought but the guys testing the car say that it has no problems coming off the line. All of the testing so far has been done on a track and the car seems to handle remarkably well. Of course the Fusion is not designed to be an all out race car. It is an extreme sedan for those how want the fastest 1/10th sedan anywhere.

Spooky-I just checked my magic 8 ball. It said, "signs point to yes". However, development of such a car is a bit more involved than the Nitro Fusion. I wouln't count on seeing a competition sedan from Schumacher until very late this year or early next year.
Could you ask Les to call me tomorrow?

I don't see any reason with the car the way it is now to put a .12 into it and somehow lock-out the 3rd gear, instant compitition car.
They may have something cool up thier sleeves at Schumacher for a comp. car though. We shall see.
