G4RS 2009 Debut
Hi
I have finally run a 2009 G4RS after years of playing with the old Mongoose, G4RS and G4+ Evo.
The 09 is alot more stable in the rear out of the box compared to the earlier Team Magic products. But as the heat transfered through the chassis after a few minutes it did start to slide around a little.
I did drive an Edam Spirit on the same day and it seemed a little more planted the G4

You wont go back I suspect. I found a fair bit more pace with the 09 compared to my G4S and +evo.
The cars light, and tunable, just looking at the narrow chassis and side bulkheads compared to the old as well as the tiny diffs and looong wishbones compared to old. I recon its like parking a formula vee beside a formula ford!
Good luck with it.
I'm going to do a quick write-up and run through the revised parts TM are now pumping out as some of you may not know about the revised front lower arms and nrw pulleys etc, just got to find the time to sit down and write it!

Well, i got a deal to race for a national importer in my country (www.hobbystation.cl) and as he is the distributor for Team Magic, i will be racing the G4RS09 for 2011.
This weekend is the first national championship stage (1 out of 6) ... wish me luck
