Default Few Suggestions Needed ??

Fellow Drivers,
I am new to nitro, I would like some good advice on a racing set up of a 1/8 scale on-road car: what is a good car kit , engine, electronics, tires, set-up boards葉ools, starter boxes and so on. In addition what spare parts and mislanos items should I keep on hand.

Respectfully,
Armed

- You can't go wrong with a Mugen MRX4-X
- Start just with an engine like the JP P7L-black, it is a great value engine with good performance and easy to adjust.
- Get the Mugen startbox, it makes an easy fit
- Just use a 5-cell 2/3A batterypack 1400 - 1600mAh as receiverbattery
- Servo's... the Thundertiger/ACE DS1015 are great value servo's or else go with the Futaba BL351/451
- setup tools... any setup tool will work, you can get the Hudy suitcase which has all you need.
- For sure you do need hex wrenches 1.5 , 2 , 2.5 and 3mm, the Hudy are very good. A screwdriver for setting the engine, a springtool to mount exhaust springs, Mugen pinion gear tool
- ATS/Twister/IDM tires

Roelof,
Thank you for response, I just want to get an general idea of everything that I need for racing, and that I can fit all in one huller bag I hope.

One more thing ---- How long does an Engine usually last for, during racing season including practicing???
