Asphalt tires
Is there such a thing? i dont mind replacing tires as a result of racing on asphalt but at $40 a pop i wouldn't mind finding something that lasts a little longer. I tried the stock tires on my NTC3+ and they melted, tried a set of Jaco Rubbers (blue) and they are as good as done. Im headed to the LHS tomorrow hoping to find something that doesnt completely melt away. Hell i think i have only run about 10-12 tanks through this thing and im down 2 sets already... or is that to be expected?

Put foams on it. Asphalt foam is rated by hardness. You will see numbers like 37 or 45 with higher numbers being a harder tire. Try 37's all the way around. Just be sure to get 37 fronts and 37 rears. While they have the same number, front and rear foam is different. If you want even more life, try 42 or 45.
