Had the same issue with a brand new tank , left fuel in tank upside down over night to soften the o ring / seal . once that was done the tank was good .

I also had that problem. I wrapped the cap shut to the tank with a couple of rubber bands over night. It definitely helps.

Move the side belt tensioner under the upper deck! This will eliminate that problem and still have plenty of adjustability for tension on the belt!

I had the same problem with my 2652 pipe. I mounted the belt tensioner under the upper deck, but the left side of the belt would still slightly touch the manifold. I had to carefully grind off a very small section (only about 1mm) off the bottom of the manfiold lip.

If it slightly touches the exhaust header i wouldn't worry about it. Even before i mounted my belt tensioner under the upper deck i never had a problem with side belts wearing out or having it effect the freedom of my drivetrain.

Well, it worked for me. It's real close but it's not touching.
