I was hoping you would reconsider.
The 200mm World Event is being held in Houston, Texas this year, this event only comes to the US once every 8 years.
RCTech was created so groups of RCRacers could communicate with each other, this is one of the largest events of the decade for the US, and ensuring the on-road segment has a place to easily communicate with each other both domestically and internationally would likely be a great example of why RCTech was created (and is profitable).
While I can understand with so many events, the need for guidelines.. An event at this level supported by both domestic and international manufactures, while representing a large segment of the RC community...
I'd hope an exception could be made.

Their will be fuel for sale in quarts in the hobbyshop for practice only! The qualifing fuel and race fuel will be controled!

Yes, the Byron Fuels 16% Controlled Fuel will be made available for all 1/10th entrants for Quals and Mains. As for any practice time, including controlled practice, the LHS will have the same fuel for sale in quart size bottles so that you do not have to buy a large quantity.
