heemmm....I bought the 5.2 mm, so what's the difference between this both since i'm using NSR12S5 engine, does the sound or performance?

The best pipe selection advice I've seen and used with success was published some time ago by Motorman (Dennis Richey) in his forum thread. I will reprint it and hope Dennis doesn't mind.
It would be nice if Dennis reads it, if he could update this guide.

Pipe Selection
I will give you a list of pipes ranging from torque biased to rpm biased in an approximated order. Torque at the top and RPM at the bottom.
1.- Sharp cone on each end long flat band center, single chamber = low biased:
· RC 10 GT
· Paris turbo ring
· Fantom steel
· NTC3 rear and side exhaust standard pipes
2.- Aggressive divergent cone = low-mid biased:
· NovaMega TPO5
· Novarossi 51604
· Ofna one piece
3.- Moderate divergent cone = mid biased. This is the mid list, and these all act similarly. Good all around pipes neither bottom or top end biased:
· NovaMega TP04
· Novarossi 51603
· RB X12
· RD logic one piece roar legal
· NovaMega TP02
4.- RPM top end biased not roar legal due to stinger diameter:
· RD logic outlaw
· RB X15 outlaw
· RB X12 outlaw
5.- Moderate divergent cone, aggressive convergent cone = Mid top end biased. Roar legal hard to find now due to the fact that short rod rever motors are the norm stock. These were the hot ticket on the MT 12:
· Picco 12 pipes
· Novarossi 51601
· Rex 52625
Now all that said, how to pick a pipe:
· If the engine is a short rod rever you need a torque pipe to enhance the bottom end, because the engine will be biased and take over on the top.
· If the engine is a long rod engine you need a rev pipe to help the engine unload on the top.
Another note; The stinger diameter has a dramatic effect on the top and bottom end.
· Bigger = top end at the sacrifice of low end torque.
· Smaller= low end at the sacrifice of high end revs.
Pipe length must be considered the same way:
· Shorter = top end at the sacrifice of low end torque.
· Longer = low end at the sacrifice of high end revs.
Engine expectations according to rod length
Very short:
· HPI 15 FE
· Rossi Pixi
Short:
· STS RS
· RB X12 and all the X12 derivatives
· All Novarossi 12 engines except the MT
· All Nova mega 12 engines
Mid length:
· Picco 12 and 15
· Collari 12 all
Long:
· STS MT
· Mugen MT
With all this you should be able to pick a suitable pipe for your car based on the engine it has in it and the track you will run on.

I think that does not exist one unique system ... for example, my Novamega SX12RE EV1 works GREAT with RD Logics Turbo pipe system and with the TP04 Novamega system, but sucks with the OS 1032 pipe, wich works AWESOME with my RB X12 non turbo ...

The Yokomo Mielke pipe? I would guess it's more of a low end biased type because of the large volume. My 2 cents.

I love my Skyline VR12. My friend Uriah Murnan Is a team driver for Skyline and he loves the pipe. I am only thirteen so I like that it is only $50 too.
