I am not saying you did not receive this email but it seems a little off. I have no explanation.
Here in the US they have to buy the tires than pay the shipping from Italy than pay the customs due on the imported product.
I am not sure what your looking for but here the US prices used to be 13-15 dollars a pair and Twister is saving us all money by selling the tires at 8-9 dollars for a pair. This also made all the other brands sell at a more affordable price.

This past weekend we had the famous Winternats race which is held in sunny Florida at the Fort Myers track. This is an international event with high competition and the race did not disappoint. ATS the maker of Twister Tires USA, working together, provided me with some outstanding product to lauch me to the top of the podium. I was able to take the victory in the Sedan class giving ATS/Twister Tires USA the 2009 Winternats Championship.
The tires worked great all week long. My sedan was on rails and never had an issue. While other people using other tires where traction rolling, I was able to lay down the power and finish on top. Thanks again to Piero and Kevin for making this possible. Also thanks to Rafael Angulo for the great pit work. Wow that is funny you say that. Tosolini, groskamp and tironi were all running matrix tires at the worlds. The final of the last worlds was matrix ats and grp. I agree that red box tires are good but coming on the twister thread to make your comment seems rude. Not to mention dj kick everyone but with twisters..
