Yup. Mytsn does not list it. Check out on RCCarinternational. They should list it.

Don't ask

Not there either  Maybe they're gone - can I use a 805 one?

You mean 835... :sneaky: :D

It is actually the rear shock tower from the 835. The rear shock tower comes in the 808138 package but they should come loose too. Even the 835 manual list it.

Ooh, I think I have this shock tower

805  my dyslexia again

Here's a pic of my Impulse Pro with the floating body mount.
I did a little modification so that I could use long body posts for touring car bodies.
It probably won't help you Mark, but take a look anyways.

Thanks for the pic - I reckon I've got the bulk of the items I need - just need the floating rear end now :D

Cheers, Mark.

If you don't mind not being able to adjust the position of the rear shocks, you don't need the rear shock tower.
Take a look of my picture for an example.

That's exactly the same as what I did on my 2nd car !

I'm thinking of putting an engine back into that car, and using it to mess around at the track.

Have you thought of investing in a 1/8?
I love my 710, but like driving my 1/8 more.

I bought a second hand Vector NT last year - justs needs an engine and a servo :D Have you ever driven the 1:12th scale GTP style cars? They are really fun to drive, but I still find tourcars more challenging

I've driven a friends 1/12 before, but not in a race.
1/8 scale cars are ballistic, but I find it easier to drive.
I guess that's why I enjoy running the 1/8 more.
I agree with you that touring cars are more challenging to drive.

This is what I found with the 1:12th vs the 1:10th touring cars, too. I like to blast with the 1:12th, but I really like the setup challenge and driving challenge of the 1:10th better and therefore I don't drive the 1:12th so often.

So how do you like the 710 so far?
