But you could drive up or take a train ride to Heemstede though...:sneaky: ;)

BTW, do you think it is posible to get a -x mm for the end play? is so then what do you do? (dumb question NM)
Theoretically, yes. That could be a result when you put too much shims in step 8.6 and also if you put too much shims in step 8.7.

Hardly likely that would get a negative end play when doing shimming in step 8.6. More likely for you to get it when you're in step 8.7.

Like I mentioned, when you feel that there's something wrong when you reach to the end of screwing the F14 screw when you put too much shims in step 8.7. You will find that there is a resistance to lock the F14 screw onto the SG shaft of the engine at the end just before tightening it completely. Do not tighten this further when this happens as you'll probably destroy the 2 small normal bearings.

If you try to block the exhaust and the engine refuses to die, then somewhere in your pipe connection is leaking. Check. Are you using one piece or 2 piece pipe?

Try shutting off the engine by stopping the engine flywheel. The other method is to pinch the fuel line supply into the carb to cut off the engine. The latter method would be the best as you could also check if the low end needle is too lean or too rich. When pinching, the engine idle should only go up a little and then die straight away. If it take forever to die, then the low end needle is rich.

thanks, do you know what are the "stock" neddle setting?
I turned 1.5 turns on the low end and 3 on the main needle.

I would not know about the Sirio. I would suggest to ask for help from a reliable person or if you're daring enough, tune it yourself. Always tune from rich settings. HSN first and then LSN. You could just richen out the needles to 4 or 5 turns out on the LSN and HSN and start tuning from there.

My LHS is also 45 mins away and has a good selection of goods - but when I need something quickly I send off my order to holland :D

Well, sorry to say but here my place, either the track is around 25 or 15mins away only. the lhs also around the same time travelling.its must have been tough during the snow.
Still, i wanna try playing snow man

I remember reading somewhere about team Mugen using this in the MRX-3 at the 1/8th WC last year. What advantage can the one piece engine mount do?
Much like using a larger heatsink, but the weight is lower, and it is removing heat fron the crank case more so then the combustion chamber.

I did it as explained in Mark's FAQ and I like it. I added 2 bushings on the body post to take it back further and it fits perfect . Had to cut the lower pin on the B post and drill a hole.
