camber right 3.2 degree?? my setup station does not have such accuracy, does the hudy setup station or others have such fine markings?

"If there is more grig, i will turn to oneway." What does grig mean?? Hey "D", do you find the shocks leak on the 710 because it only uses one oring or is it OK?

Has anybody used the "Pro Wheel Axles" #801214 for the 710? Does the lighter rotational weight make a difference? Are they as durable as the stock axles?

Perhaps a typo...

But then I just realised that Team Serpent drivers measure their ride height using calipers and sometimes you'll see weird decimel places !

Another typo I guess... I think he meant to say "grip" as in traction.

Depending on how you overfil the shock, you would have some leak out. I find that mine does that in the initial stages when freshly built and then it stops leaking after that.

I used them on my 705. It does mention that it is lighter but for me, I will use it more because it's more durable than the stock ones as it's made of Hudy spring steel.

No need for the option wheel axels #801214 for the 710.

Unless you want a very strong Hudy steel spring axels for a bit lower roating mass!!

I have had a set of the spring steel axles for two years, and they still don't show any significant wear.

Find 4x6 shim and put in below the o ring.
For comp. body use .1mm thickness. For alu. body use .2 - .3mm in rear and .1mm in front.
Now we were talking a consistant damper action.

Tip: replace o-ring, everytime you rebuild the shocks.

So for the plastic shocks run a .1mm shimm on both front and rear? Where can I find these 4x6mm shims? Also where can I find spare o rings and how often do you rebuild your shocks? Thanks.

Yes it is needed. But not urgent item.
With stock axle(710) after 1 - 2 gallon, it will worn out, you can swap it left and right in front so you had extra 2 gallon before replacing it with Pro one.

Anyone near Atlanta (or anyone that feels like a drive). My home track will be hosting the First U.S. Serpent/Xray on road challenge next month, April 16-18. All makes of cars will be welcome, and I will have (and post) more info soon.

Ralph Burch, Jared Scott, and Josh Cyrul WILL be racing in this event!
