Has anyone else had trouble throwing the new supple front belt?? Has happened with medium and full tension. Also I have shimmed out the mid-pulley on the mid block to move the belt 0.3mm further starboard (right, to you land-lubbers).

Like Onkel Sow, you should accept the fact and grow old gracefully. :D

Sorry I don't follow you... How do you mean throwing? The belt skipping, too loose or goes out of the pulley? Supple belt as in the softer PRO belts or the normal Kevlar ones? Oneway or front ball diff?

On a side note, I think very few people use the PRO belts in the front and the rear... Too risky. The side belt maybe. That's what I would do if given the chance.

No idea Sir.. universal looks like 3racing, no? I think the chassis is still prototype by the look of the CAM works.

I'm refering to the softer Pro-belts. I have used all three. No problem with the side or rear, but the front comes off the pulley on the ball diff. Never had this problem with the standard front belt on the same diff. They come in a pack of three, and for $29.95 you can give it a try.
Seriously, the rolling resistance is decreased with the new belts, but I doubt it's worth the trouble to fabricate a belt guide. The obvious answer is to mold a collar on the port side of the pulley.

Who has the best deal on the 710? I'd like to pick one up, but I bet Serpent is working on their successor as I type this. :(

I just fitted the Pro belts to my car, the front is on the tightest setting and isn't that tight to me, running a ball diff as well. A quick run on the road showed no problems, but racing is a different story.

Was looking at my switch last night of where I could put it as it was double sided taped to the receiver box and was abit exposed. I'll fit it the same as yours as I have the KO 302 receiver as well:)
