I'll see you in that parking lot Mark, with just a bit of luck, we may have a run-away at midnight that will keep us busy rebuilding til morning... Mark, when are you flying in? I'll be arriving on the evening of the fifth...

Also, as with last year, we will do live coverage from the pits at www.molzermoweryracing.com

Burning the mid-night Oil, ehm, I mean Nitro

 the 5th? me, too - you're not flying via Paris, are you? I get to Ft Myers at 18:30 local time, I think. What about you?

You'll beat me to it, I arrive 7.38 p.m. I fly Lufthansa from Frankfurt to Dulles, then to Ft myers... Oh well, then I guess the beer logistics will be on your shoulders... Days Inn?

I'm not sure where I'm staying yet - I'm staying with Bobby Watson, but I'm not sure which hotel he's booked - I'll ask him. It'd be good if we're all together

Days Inn?... good luck. I just stayed there 2 weeks ago. It's a dive and several people had problems with rooms already having people in them, room keys not working, etc... Break your engines in before you get there. The parking lot is small and bumpy.

Can you suggest another parking-lot?

You can probably find a parking lot close by. The street that the hotel is on is full of buildings/parking lots that should be empty late at night.

Days inn can't be worse than M6? regardless, we are not there for the comfy hotel thingy, neither do I think running around in a parking lot at midnight close to a hotel is a great idea in reality... We'll just work it out at the track in the morning. That way we don't have to start the practise by rebuilding the entire car with new belts and pulleys.... ;)

markp27 01-20-2005 02:13 PM

What's the 710 parts supply like at the track?

fmolzer 01-20-2005 02:18 PM

last year it was excellent and the same guys are running the store again this year so should be no problem.
