Josh:I am interested in that carb.... OS is much easier to hot start than Nova, always wondered why Nova didn't go with the insulator...

JayL - The carb Paul used was the Max carb. The Novarossi carbs I use are all aluminum as they have never sent me anything else to try.

Thanks for all the pit work Raffel!! It was greatly appreciated and trust me, Ralph and myself both already agreed that for the next WC we will not be in attendance if we don't have our own dedicated mechanic to pit and help out with things.

i've agreed with josh....at the 5 minutes warm-up before the main, i sat at the end of the backstraight.all of the finalist engine were running very lean and fast at the straight except for one car that his engine were "burpping" at the straight or in the infield...by that time,me and my friend (teddy-top indonesian driver) was very surprised and agreed to each other that this guy was very dangerous and will running a SMART and PERFECT final run ....boy that he did!!!!...ielasi was saving his tyres and was refuelling every 5 minutes...he doesn't want to chase the 9 rabbits...eheheheh...he'd run his own race with a perfection...
i've had to feel about tosso...he said after the race that he had a perfect car,perfect engine,and a perfect tires...but he doesn't know why the same guy he encountered from the qualify and at the main blocked him in every way (and unfortunately gave tosso stop n go)darn that yellow car....ehehehehh...better luck next time tosso.you've run a perfect race too...from the last position at the end of the first lap to 2nd at the final..

the carb is Novarossi cod. 10610........

It was also used by Robert Pietsch......
