The most weird and shocking question that made to me was a day that was practicing with mine 1/8 scale car, one guy went to the podium and he asked me when I was negotiating a chicane:

Has those cars reverse gear?.... silence and kaboooom!, mine brand new MRX3 went to the metal barrier that delimits the track after a hard take off on the chicane.

After shitting himself for crahing the car and sobing when I were going to get the pieces of my car. I asked to those respectless guy to abandon the track (and didn't answered their question, was too furious to answer after a >150 Euros wreck).

My local track is connected to an indoor skate park so we've always got these young kids around 6-8 coming over bothering us when we're trying to work. I'm in the middle of filling a shock body with oil or cutting the comm on my motor and i've got some kid asking me how fast it goes or if he can drive it, SO ANNOYING! Oh, but wait, it get's better, when you're on the drivers stand, there is nothing that can make you lose your concentration on the drivers stand more than having a kid follow you up asking you all sorts of questions when you're testing out a small adjustment you just made to the car whilst going WOT down the back straight. It's very annoying, although i'm always nice about it and answer their questions and then decorously ask them to leave me alone.

I've driven an NTC3 and actually drive a Mugen (My change was due to polithical reasons with mine country importer) and NEVER I bitched nor bothered any other cars drivers, no matter what car drove.

It was while ago in Russia. We were practicing and one bystander came and ask: I can smell-is this alcohol? Answer was:Yes, metill alcohol and castor oil. Next question was: Can you sell me some, yesterday I had big party needs some thing to wake up. Answer: man, Methanole will kill you. Next sentance from him: it still alcohol, just one thing bother me, castor oil there, but i can live with that.
We kick him out from pit, but 2 hours later we found one botle with fuel disappear from the table. No further info about that guy.
It was pretty popular question there ( at list ones a day)-Can I drink this alcohol?
