I am guessing that the price will come down substantially when they start to stock the kit. Tower always seems to post high prices when a product is first announced. They did the same with the Mugen MTX-4.

yeah, my guess would be $359-399 range. Still expensive for a 3 year old kit, but I guess the Hara name has something to do with it.
I remember when the Pro4 came out, it was listed on Tower for something like $589.99. But it came out at $299. They always put the MSRP.
The Pro4 Roller has always been more expensive than the R40 Roller. Right now the Hara Pro4 is $359, so I hope they stick to their trend and not make this kit astronomically higher. It doesn't even come with the competition shocks!

I hope so or you can pretty much convert an r40 to r40 hara for cheaper now.

Which bypasses the usual process of buying a full kit that usually includes all parts for less than what they can be had piece by piece.

I already have some of those parts on my ride. I plan to add a few more of them, but not all of them. I am definitely not buying a new kit. I really just need to become a better driver. That will make a bigger difference.

I wonder why they didn't include the TI screws. I'm pretty sure that Hara used them on his car.

it seems that the engine mounts are kept stock....
Besides hara last used his r40 at the 2004 Roar nats...who knows what his looks now. Im sure it wouldnt be a 2005 version if it was just Hara's car from 04...then thats the 2004 version they have in Japan with a few added parts.
