the bearings work awesome, but they don't fix the slop, you'll always have some, but keep trying and let me know if you fix it completely..

I don't mind a little bit of slop (like the Pro 4) but what I have right now is too much.

Pro 4 has an acceptable amount of slop in the steering. I checked mine last night. Bought brand new two weeks ago.

Gotcha! also have in mind that the tear and wear fron an electric to a nitro has a lot to do with weight... what the weight difference from your pro4 compared to the R-40??? if the pro 4 is a lot lighter then when used the slop will be none compared to thar of the R-40... do I make any sense?

Thought I'd post pics of the spots I usually break in my engines and drive it.

BTW, that straightaway I topped 50mph! and coming down from the steps I pushed 25mph into a sharp turn and head onto the straight again. It's fun!

We try to act out that RC demo game Revolt. Except the onroads DONT fly down the stairs. The offroads yeah LOL! Behind this pic here is another 10ft so we punch it, run down the decline, slam the brakes and hit the straight where we are trying to hit 60mph. Sweet onroad fun! Some rocks there we jump off.

Welp, the R40 and MRX4 will be driven tomorrow weather permitting. Both cars will be driven with an initial start up test in the basement to check to make sure everything is ok. Then we head out for the running of both. Will need another flat pack since I hate swapping things back and forth. LOL.
