To set the end point with tires on the ground lock to lock, will result, to much off the ground. Under load adjustment seems reasonable.

It's expected for me. That doesn't mean a beginner should do this, but I wouldn't look at anything under $100. Usually it's more like $100-$140. And yes if gives you piece of mind at the same time knowing your getting GREAT equipment. A Good servo help your driving out compaired to those lacking in performance. I need all the help I can get.

Thanks for all of the great input. Today I stumbled across a 94359 on ebay and got it for $30 shipped. The point Scott had about the heat sink worries me though. I think I like the 9451 or 9452 best so far for the $$. I Do figure I will have to spend $80-$100. Thanks again everyone

the new airtronics 94771-2-3 servo will not have alu heatsink, and if you look at kopropo the heat sink is really small, i personally think that heatsink are not needed. why is there such a big diffenrence in price within the 2futaba brushless servos bls451/bls351

If you are buying more than one, then Tower Hobbies has a better price. If you buy two, they give you a discount of $3/servo plus you can still use one of the discount codes that will give you another $15 off. That brings the price down to $69.50 each.
