I have been watching the weather as well and this is dooable, Tom is on his way now to make sure that hurricane machine we use to clean the track is working OK cause we can also use it to dry up the surface if neccessary.

This is really gonna test how well we can run a race and I hope all the racers got our backs on this one!!

If the forecast is sunny for Sunday, the out of town guys might want to consider taking the 1 qual and bump ups...just a thought!!

G.W.
If we "do" get rained out on Sat, what time will the qualifying start on Sun. also, what time will the track be open on Sunday?
Sounds like there may be quite a few people fired up for this one, so we may need to start early to get the qualiying and the mains in on one day

thanks

Can we have the 1/5th scale guys run first? That way if the track is a little damp they can help dry it, they have a bigger contact patch on the tires. This will also help lay down some rubber.

Wow, you remember Eric's chem lab near disaster? I'll call him and tell him about it. He's actually getting a car and is going to hit up the Dallas track where he lives now. He'll be back in LA soon enough. I am trying to talk him into joining us in Vegas at one of the races next year.

Glenn, Tom, Kenny and myself got the track up today. Glenn will spray in the morning, and we should be good to go. It was a bit windy and cold today, but hopefully tomorrow will be a bit warmer and dry.

Toys for Tots is over and it was one long fun filled weekend. I would like to thank Glenn and his crew for working through the issues put in front of them this weekend to give us another successful race weekend. I would also like to congrats. Walter Diaz on his back to back sedan toys for tots wins. No haters on this side of the fence . If I don't see you guys before Christmas have a merry Christmas and a Happy New Years.

P.s. Nice job on the bump Patrick V ( I saw you out there dawg )
