Yeah, she was running rich in the beginning so I had to clear it in mid run to make it shift. The Bajas were pretty fast off the line, they had on road tires but I can tell you the Infernos are no joke. They are fun and fast. I picked up one full second on the track compared to last week but not sure if that was because I swap out the dog bones to CVDs or running it leaner. Either case, the car was faster than last week.
Looking to shave some more times off this coming weekend.

Our LHS got two of them direct from Kyosho America. We back order them the day they announced them. By far the coolest of them all.
Also just to let everyone know that we will be having the GT class as one of the classes this year as the ROAR sedan Nationals. Granted this will be a exhibition class but it will be a great step foward to making this class an official ROAR class. If everyone remembers this is how monster truck started out. More info will be coming soon alonf with rules for the class.
If you didn't know this years Nats. is an IFMAR Worlds qualifier so it should be well attend by the manufacturers. This being said it might not be out of the question that a few factory guys might be throwing a box stock IGT.

track location
Hi guys, the HobbyTown USA R/C Park Racway is located at 1st & Cornhusker Hwy., Lincoln NE.
Quality Inn has a block of 50 rooms reserved @ $55/night plus taxes, it about a mile from the track and near the airport. Cut-off date is one month prior to the event.
I will be getting a list together of some other hotels at the same location.
Thanks, Duck

Has anyone seen this website:

I saw that they have radial tires for the car now. Has anyone tried them out? They also have Ipanema tires for touring car. Has anyone tried these out as well? I run touring car also and am curious to hear how these run on the concrete as well as the asphalt.

We just had a race here in Texas that included the IGT cars for the first time. There were 2 Kyoshos (IGT1 and IGT2) and three OFNAs (2 DM-1 and 1 DM-1spec). We have a spec class with a short list of pre-determined engines and an open class in which you can run any engine you like. We did not have enough for this first race to separate the classes so we ran spec and open cars together. My IGT1 ended up being the TQ for the combined class with one of the spec engines (Sportwerks M26 pullstart) that I used to replace the stocker in that particular car. The other Kyosho (IGT2) was running a stocker in his but was having issues. The OFNA cars all had the new OS 28xz non-pullstart engines (engine allowed for our open class) in theirs. My car was not the fastest on the track but I did try to keep it smooth, consistent, and between the lines. I ended up winning the class by default due to two of the guys having other commitments and could not be there to run the main, one guy having engine issues and gave up which left only two of us to run. I would have loved to see if I could have beat those OS 28xz engines in a 30 minute main but I will have a chance next month to see if I can do it (the next series race).
