I think everyone is settled on setups.. I know most of the guys in Socal run the same or very close setups including raising the rear body approx 5.5-6mm higher from stock... So there isn't much to complain about....lol

I think your right, The Car is pretty darn good, it has so many options as far as setups to play with. The MRX4-X is winning most of the races here in Texas. So......all is well!!

and the best thing of mugen is its cars never need unnecessary options(hop ups) to make the car "even run" out of the box, other brands, not to mention,..........
just look at the options branded by mugen, you will see how much confidence of they are.
hope they keep this up on all upcoming cars.

Does raising the rear of the body add overall downforce? Does it change the balance?

When running the 909 body it makes the rear of the car not want to step out, in theory,yes more down force as far as balance I have not notice any change.

It makes the Car planted in the rear and gives it more steering at the same time since the whole angle of the body changed by raising the rear....

I see you posted pics of the kyosho parts to be used, there are two sets of the a arms in the kit which ones do you use the longer ones?

You can find Very similar plastic screws at electronics stores like Frys electronics.
I buy mine there and also the small plastic screws for the body supports there also.

Mugen part# H1006 REAR SPOILER ADJ. SCREW

I always used the "white" rear spoiler screws that come in the spoiler set.
